Welcome to Sheffield University!

Hello from Sheffield University to all my students back in Bielsko!

The weather’s fantastic and as I’m really happy here I’d like to share with you the most interesting experiences of Britain. This year it’s south Yorkshire again. Today a bit about Sheffield architecture.  Preparing the course I’ve worked in the university library called „The Diamond”. It looks as it’s called. You can see it in the middle.

The interior is very interesting and you can see the nearby Peak District through its diamond windows.

Sheffield was bombed heavily during World War 2, so its old buildings coexist interestingly with many modern ones.

Check this page every few days, there are many exciting things here to write about. Speak to you soon! Ciao!
